John Callery is the Cofounder and Chief Product & Technology Officer at ReflexAI. Callery is a recognized product and technology leader who has overseen the creation of numerous award-winning technologies within the AI, mental health, and contact center spaces.Before launching ReflexAI, he was the Chief Technology Officer at The Trevor Project, the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ young people. There, he scaled the technology vertical from himself to 72 staff across product, artificial intelligence, engineering, and information technology. His teams have won Fast Company’s “World Changing Ideas” award and also were featured as TIME’s “100 Best Inventions of 2021”, and have been showcased in the MIT Technology Review, VentureBeat, on Good Morning America, and more. In 2023, he was named one of Google.org’s seven global “Leaders to Watch.” Callery is a leader in bringing together product and engineering to build tools that aren’t just innovative, but also highly impactful. Callery lives in San Diego with his husband.
