Introducing the Next Generation of ReflexAI Studio 

Since Day One, we built ReflexAI on a foundation of nuance, quality, and realism — the elements that bring every simulation and scoring dimension to life. 

When we first started, we’d work side by side with customers to customize dozens of dimensions, ensuring that every roleplay we built reflected the reality of each customer’s experience. Tangibly, this involved a 30-field Excel workbook – obviously not a scalable resource, but one that spoke to the critical need for deep nuance and realism when it came to our products. 

Over time, we set out to capture that same depth in a self-serve experience with ReflexAI Studio. The result was a system that balanced quality and nuance with speed and ease of use — allowing managers to create lifelike personas without needing hours of setup or hands-on customer support. 

And this month, we’re making our biggest update to Studio ever. 

Starting this month, users will be able to instantly generate simulations and scoring dimensions with natural language and AI. Simply describe in a sentence or two the simulation and scoring dimension – and AI will take care of the rest.
