At ReflexAI, our hiring processes are grounded in the candidate experience. While the exact process will vary based on the particular role, our hiring principles are consistent.

Interview

We understand applicants are busy and too many hiring processes are drawn out for months. At ReflexAI, our process includes a maximum of three total interview stages and a written project to demonstrate your fit for the particular role.

Evaluation

When evaluating candidates, we focus on skills. So, we don’t require specific degrees or minimum years of experience to qualify for roles on our team. The only exceptions are professional requirements in areas such as law and accounting.
